Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Keda’s Brew, we stand by the quality and integrity of our handcrafted tallow balms. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet the promise of its intended use, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or full refund.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused or must have been received damaged.

  • Refunds are also honored if the balm does not perform as promised in its effectiveness.

We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality (such as change of mind after use).

Empty Jar Returns for Refill

We love sustainable practices. If you return your empty 3 oz glass jar, we’ll gladly refill it and offer you a discount on your next purchase (discount amount to be disclosed at the time of refill).

Returned jars must be:

  • Clean and intact (not cracked or broken)

  • Originally purchased from Keda’s Brew

  • Sent back with your name and order number for reference

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product or verify your claim, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  1. Double-check your bank account or card statement

  2. Contact your credit card company (sometimes processing takes time)

  3. Still no refund? Please contact us at keda@kedasbrew.com

Exchanges

We only replace products if they arrive defective or damaged. To request a replacement, email us at keda@kedasbrew.com with photos and your order number.

Shipping Returns

To return a product or send back an empty container for refill, please mail it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or heavily used jars

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Gift cards or promotional items
